Hola @fernandodiaza95 , recuerda que para funcione django con tu ip personal debes editar el archivo settings.py en la sección de ALLOWED_HOST con esto ['*'] y adicionalmente debes ejecutar el comando python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0 ya que esto hara que se depliegue en cualquier ip que tengas asignado a tu pc.
