en esas líneas que menciones, el código que se muestra en el video es por ejemplo:
acc = history['accuracy']
cámbialo por:
acc = [history.history'accuracy']
Para todas las instrucciones de la línea 105 a la 109, es decir en lugar de usar el objeto history directamente como lista o arreglo, es un objeto que contiene al arreglo o lista llamado también history, por eso sería history.history
