I wake up at 6:00 o'clock in the morning.

I make my bed.

Then I undress and I take a shower.

In the bathroom I brush my teeth.

I get dressed.

I have breakfast at 7:00 o'clock.

And then I go out to my work.

I eat lunch at 12:00 pm.

At 2:00 pm I take a break.

I exercise at 6:00 o'clock in the afternoon.

I go to bed at 10:00 o'clock.
